Thanks to the generosity of many supporters, EVERY student begins with a scholarship to attend our schools.  After that, additional financial aid may be awarded, based on family income and number of enrolled children. In order to receive this additional financial aid, parents must complete a Financial Aid Application/Solicitud de Ayuda Financiera and return it with supporting documents to the school that they’re applying to.  80% of parents receive extra assistance.

 

For Kindergarten-8th grade, our parents pay, on average, about $130 per month.  But the tuition range is between $100 (the minimum) to $550 (the maximum) per month, depending on your income and number of students you enroll.  Our pre-k tuition is higher than our K-8 tuition because of the requirements of our licensing.  Parents can expect to pay $150 per week, unless they are eligible for a childcare subsidy from the State of NJ.

• To enroll in Kindergarten, a child must turn 5 before September 30th of their Kindergarten year. 
• To enroll in Bilingual Pre-K at St. Anthony of Padua School, a child must be between 3 and 5 years old and be potty-trained.  For more information, call 856-966-6791

Yes, each of the schools offers before and after school programs for their students.  Start and end times vary depending on the school, but in general children can arrive from 7am until school starts and can be picked up until 5:30pm.  An extra fee is charged for this service, and NJ Childcare subsidies are accepted.

 

Students are eligible to receive transportation to go to our schools if they live more than 2 miles from the school, or if their route to school crosses major highways.  However, sometimes bus companies are not able to provide the service to our students due to circumstances beyond our control.  In that case, parents will receive a transportation subsidy to help cover the costs of arranging transportation on their own.

No, You are welcome to apply to whichever CPS school seems like the best fit for your child and family.

 

It depends on the needs of your child. We do offer supportive services through the Camden County Educational Services Commission, family support services, and volunteers, but if a child needs significant support, we might not be the best option for him or her.  An evaluation will be done when you apply and we will explain any decisions made.

Our average class size is 19 students.  We cap most classes at 25 students.  Our student to staff ratio is 1:10.

 

Yes, we do!  Parents may apply for the free and reduced lunch program at the start of each school year.  Students who do not qualify may either bring a lunch or pay a small fee to each the school lunch.  Students who prefer food from home may bring their own lunches.
