Friday June 7th, the eighth grade finished their last day of classes at St. Cecilia’s with our traditional “clap out”. Forming two lines, Kindergarten through seventh grade lined up out the gym doors and stretched through the grotto to Camden Ave. Once that was set, eighth grade was dismissed through the gym doors where they walked past cheers and claps that said goodbye and congratulations. It was a bittersweet day of goodbye tears and joy of starting a new beginning for the upcoming graduates.
